About this gig
Your team works on their feet: in the warehouse, on a truck, at a customer site. They need an app on their phone, not a desktop system, and it has to keep working when the signal drops. I build that as a PWA: installed from a link, no app store, one code base for Android, iPhone and desktop.
What I build:
- Field apps: orders, deliveries, schedules, checklists, photos as evidence
- Offline first: works without signal and syncs when it comes back
- Camera capture and AI that reads invoices, receipts or forms into structured data
- Every AI field shown next to the photo for review, with an accuracy log
- Export to Excel and PDF, roles for your team
Tech:
- React or Next.js with TypeScript, service worker for offline
- PostgreSQL in the cloud, deployed to Vercel or your server
- Mobile first design, tested on real phones

FAQ
Will it be in the App Store or Google Play?
Not by default. A PWA is installed from a link with "Add to home screen" on Android and iPhone, so you skip store fees, reviews and update delays. If you need a store listing, ask me first and we can scope it.
How accurate is the AI document reading?
It depends on your documents, so I measure it. Nothing is saved without a person checking it, the AI leaves a field empty instead of guessing, and the app logs every correction so you can see the real accuracy on your own documents.
What happens if my team has no internet?
They keep working. The app opens and shows the last data, saves new records and photos on the phone, and sends them automatically when the connection returns.
