About this Gig
Need a usable spreadsheet from a PDF price list?
I will convert one readable PDF into a structured Excel file and CSV, covering up to 100 rows across three pages, with one consistent layout and up to eight agreed columns plus a source-page reference.
Included:
- Product names, codes, sizes, prices and availability in separate columns
- Leading zeros preserved in product codes
- Blank cells kept blank and unclear entries flagged
- A check against the source and a short issue log
- One correction round for transcription errors
Delivery is within two days after the order starts with complete requirements. New files, extra rows or a different layout need a separate agreement.
Please message me on Fiverr with one representative page before ordering. I can check suitability and return up to 10 sample rows. Handwriting, poor scans, translation, bookkeeping and missing-data research are outside this package.
Only submit documents you are authorised to share. Please remove unnecessary personal data. All communication, orders and payments stay on Fiverr.

FAQ
Do you accept scanned PDFs?
Only after checking a sample. Clear scans may be suitable; handwriting and poor-quality images are outside this package.
Do you guarantee every unclear number?
No. Unclear text or numbers are flagged for your confirmation. I do not invent missing values.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated correction round for transcription errors against the agreed source. New files, columns or extra rows are additional scope.
Can you preserve product codes and blank values?
Yes. Product codes are kept as text where needed, including leading zeros. Empty source cells remain empty unless we agree on another explicit rule.
Can you provide a sample?
I can check one representative page and return up to 10 rows before an order. Gallery artwork is an original service illustration, not a client testimonial or completed sale.
