My Joomla site was hacked. Can you help?
Yes. I clean the infected files, update everything and harden the site. Tell me what you’re seeing before you order, because badly infected sites may need a custom offer.
Can every extension be fixed or upgraded?
No. Some old extensions are abandoned and can’t run on newer Joomla versions. I check each one, then fix, replace or remove it with your approval.
What does “customize templates” include?
Changes to colors, fonts, header, footer, menus, page layouts and mobile display. For a full redesign, message me for a custom offer.
Will my site go down during a migration or upgrade?
I do the work on a staging copy, so your live site keeps running. There’s a short switch at the end, and I’ll agree the timing with you.
Why do I need to upgrade from Joomla 3 or 4?
Both have reached end of life, so they no longer receive security updates. Running them leaves your site open to known problems and can cause errors on newer PHP versions.
What kind of errors can you fix?
