What do I need to provide to get started?
You need two things: your document template (Word, Google Doc, or PDF) with placeholders marked, and a sample spreadsheet (Google Sheets, Excel, or CSV) with at least 5 rows of real or dummy data. That's enough for me to assess the project and start building.
Can you work with messy or inconsistent data?
Yes - that's my specialty. Most automation tools break on real-world data. I use Python (Pandas) and REGEX to clean chaotic strings, fix date formats, and normalize inconsistent values before generating your documents.
What types of documents can you automate?
Certificates, technical passports, contracts, invoices, HR letters, inspection reports, product specifications, and any other templated business document. If it has repeating structure and data comes from a spreadsheet - I can automate it.
How will I receive the final documents?
All generated PDFs or Google Docs are automatically named and organized in a Google Drive folder. You'll get a shared link to access everything instantly.
What if my data or template changes in the future?
The system is built to be reusable. If you choose the Premium package (which includes source code), your team can run it independently. For Basic and Standard, just contact me - updates are quick and affordable.
