I will automate your manual processes with salesforce flows
Salesforce Certified Administrator Certified Agentforce Specialist
About this Gig
Salesforce has retired Workflow Rules and Process Builder, and many orgs are now moving those processes into Flow. Others still rely on manual steps that can create extra work, inconsistencies, and delays over time.
I have rebuilt close to 70 operational processes using Salesforce Flow, including automations that helped reduce support request resolution times by 50%.
WHAT I BUILD
- Record-triggered flows that automate actions when records are created or updated
- Screen flows that guide users through a process and help ensure the right information is captured
- Scheduled flows for recurring tasks that should happen automatically
- Validation and duplicate rules to help keep the data entering those processes clean and consistent
HOW I WORK
You do not need to translate your process into Salesforce terminology. Just explain what happens today, step by step, and what you would like to happen instead.
I map the process before building so we can confirm the logic and identify any opportunities to simplify it first. Process mapping is included as part of the work.
Everything is built and tested in a sandbox before deployment to production, with your approval before anything goes live.

FAQ
Can you automate something across several objects?
Yes. Record-triggered flows can create, update and relate records across objects, and I can add validation rules so the data stays consistent as it moves.
Will this break what we already have running?
That is what the sandbox is for. I build there, test against your existing automation, and show you the result. Nothing reaches production until you approve it.
What happens if we need to change the flow later?
You will be able to. Every build comes with written documentation of what it does and why, so your admin or your next hire can adjust it without starting over.
