FAQ
Do I need my own hosting?
Yes. Moodle runs on your own hosting or VPS (cPanel, Plesk or Linux). If you don't have one yet, message me and I will recommend a plan that fits your number of students.
Can you fix or upgrade my existing Moodle site?
Yes. I first take a full backup of files and database, then find the cause in the logs and fix it. For upgrades I check your PHP version and plugins before moving to a newer Moodle.
What access do you need from me?
A temporary Moodle admin account and access to your hosting panel (or SSH). Never share your personal passwords: create separate users for me and delete them after delivery.
Can the platform be in Spanish or other languages?
Yes. Moodle supports many languages. I can install the language packs you need and set the default language for your students.
