What access do you need from me?
A Google Workspace super admin (or a temporary admin account) and access to your domain's DNS panel (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.). I'll send you a step-by-step guide, and you can remove my access as soon as the work is done.
Will my email stop working during setup or migration?
No downtime is planned. I prepare everything first and switch MX records at the end, preferably outside business hours. Old messages are copied, not deleted, so nothing is lost.
Can you migrate from Microsoft 365 or Outlook to Google Workspace?
Yes. I migrate email, contacts and calendars from Microsoft 365, Exchange or IMAP accounts, and I can also move you from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. I have done large access inventories and permission mappings between both platforms.
How do you protect my data?
I only work with the access you grant, I never export data outside your tenant, and I document every change I make. 2-step verification and admin roles are reviewed as part of the setup.
