I am an experienced project manager and PMC/EPCM consultant with hands-on delivery across pipelines, fertilizer and chemical plants, pharma facilities, and hotel construction. My engineering background means I read drawings, understand process and equipment scope, and keep schedules and commercial terms tied to what happens on site.

I handle planning and project controls end to end: WBS, baseline schedules, critical path and milestone tracking, manpower and resource planning, progress measurement, cost monitoring, risk and issue registers, and plan-vs-actual dashboards that flag slippage early.

I also support contracts and procurement: tender documents, bid evaluation, change orders, MOMs, drawing registers, and ITPs.
