What do I need to send you before I start?
Please send your modpack or server files, the Minecraft version, the loader (Forge or Fabric), and the crash log or a description of the problem. If you can, also tell me your RAM and what hardware or host you use.
Is my world safe? Will my saves be deleted?
Yes. I always work on a backup copy, so your original files and world stay untouched. I only give you the fixed version when the work is finished and tested.
Can you fix any lag or crash problem?
Most lag, crashes, startup errors and mod conflicts can be fixed. A few problems are caused by broken mods or weak hardware. If I can’t fix your issue, I’ll tell you honestly before I start, and we can agree on the best option.
Can you convert my modpack from Forge to Fabric (or the other way)?
Yes, using equivalent mods. Some mods exist only on one loader, so I will tell you which ones have no replacement before I begin. Please message me first so I can check your mod list and give you an accurate quote.
Do you work on servers and plugins too?
Yes. I can optimize server performance, TPS, configs and plugins for Spigot, Paper and similar servers, as well as modded servers. Tell me your server type and version when you message me.
How fast is delivery, and do you offer support after delivery?
Most small fixes are delivered within 1 to 2 days, and larger modpacks take longer. I explain what I changed in a short report. Revisions are included in every package, and the Premium package includes 7 days of support.
