I founded Euvouria to build employee training that changes what people do at work, not training they just click through. Since 2020, I have designed and built 350+ eLearning courses as an instructional designer and eLearning developer in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, for teams in manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, financial services, and the public sector, including NASA, Volkswagen, INEOS, Stryker, and Munich Airport. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 • Compliance training, employee onboarding, workplace safety, software, product and sales training • Custom eLearning from slides, SOPs, manuals, in-person training or a finished storyboard • Scenarios, knowledge checks and final assessments with a pass mark • Course design in the client's brand, AI voice-over with captions and presenter video • Accessibility rebuilds of existing courses to WCAG 2.1 AA • Translation and localization: English and German myself, other languages with a certified translation agency 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘀 The client approves the storyboard first and sees the first screens early. I test every course and deliver a SCORM 1.2 or 2004 package for their LMS, with the editable source files. I take about two-thirds of my courses from source content to delivery myself. For larger programs, I lead a small network of freelancers and check every screen before it goes out. In February 2025, I rang the Opening Bell at the New York Stock Exchange as one of Fiverr's Top 10 Freelancers.

1 Atelier was a fashion-tech startup in Manhattan. I led operations from end to end (product development, supply chain, production, and e-commerce) and managed the merchandising partnerships with Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom. I also supervised interns and coordinated the workflows the team used every day. This is where I learned to break a complex process into steps other people can follow, and to deliver on a deadline with many parties involved. I use both in every training course I build today. During these years, I completed my Master of Science in Systems Engineering at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and began designing eLearning.

Junior Product Manager

Product management in a dual study program with DHBW Ravensburg, alongside my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. I planned the baby, kids, and activewear collections and ran sourcing and production with manufacturers in the Czech Republic and Hong Kong. Planning collections with suppliers in several countries taught me to keep many people on one schedule. I use that today to run storyboard and screen reviews with my clients' teams.
