How do you ensure quality of the wooden house?
We select ISO/CE-certified factories and arrange a professional pre-shipment inspection. You’ll get a full inspection report and photos before shipping.
What Incoterms do you work with?
We usually handle FOB (seller loads goods on vessel at Chinese port) or CIF/CIP (we arrange insurance & freight to your destination). We clarify responsibilities as per Incoterms so you know who pays for what.
What documents do you provide for import clearance?
We provide all necessary export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, origin certificate, phytosanitary/CIQ certificates, and the bill of lading. These support smooth customs clearance on your end.
What if the order is canceled or delayed?
We propose to execute a partial refundable deposit model: if production hasn’t started, full refund; once material is purchased or QC is done, we use the deposit to cover costs (no refund). We also factor in a time cushion for shipping delays.
