A client approached me because manually responding to Instagram comments and DMs made it difficult to manage enquiries and collect lead details consistently. I mapped their customer journey and built a ManyChat Instagram DM automation flow with comment-to-DM triggers, keyword replies, qualifying questions and lead capture fields. I added contact tags and connected the conversation to their booking or product link. I tested the triggers and conversation paths, corrected flow issues and provided a walkthrough showing how to update messages and keywords. The delivered setup gave the client a structured process for responding to enquiries and organising captured leads.

Base44 App Debugging & Optimization Specialist

A client approached me to improve a Base44 application used for CSV uploads, map views and heatmap analysis. The heatmap needed correcting, and several interface issues affected the user experience. I reviewed the application, identified the problem areas and implemented fixes in a separate QA instance. My work included correcting the heatmap, fixing the map view and addressing interface and usability issues. I delivered the updated application for the client to review. The client accepted the completed work and approved the milestone.
