I worked with FlodiFy to build and optimize a professional, branded TalentLMS environment for its Board Leadership Certification program. The goal was to create a seamless learning experience while giving administrators and facilitators efficient tools to manage learners, track progress, and monitor certification outcomes. I structured the certification pathway, organized course content and learning activities, configured graded knowledge checks, completion requirements, certificates, points, and badges, and supported enrollment and payment workflows. I also developed reporting and analytics workflows to help the team monitor individual learners and cohorts.
