Ex Google Meta and Amazon Recruiter, Resumes That Get Interviews
United Kingdom
English
About me
I spent 22 years as an in-house recruiter at Amazon, Google, Meta, BP and Shell. I’ve screened tens of thousands of resumes in six seconds each and sat in the debriefs where strong candidates were cut for reasons nobody told them.
Now I work for you.
Send me your resume and the role you want. Within 48 hours you’ll know exactly what’s getting you filtered out (by people and ATS), what to cut, what to lead with, and how to fix it.
No templates. No jargon. Just the feedback a hiring-side recruiter would never normally give you.
Talented but invisible? Let’s change that.

Great review, really focused on improvements and hopefully will get my resume to the eyes that need to see it. it was longer than expected for delivery, but with the holidays, I wasn't surprised. He was able to accommodate and work with me to my satisfaction.

Will is exceptional. If you work in the tech field, this is the guy you want helping you write your CV. It has been a real eye-opener to see what a proper CV looks like when written for the attention of recruiters, and I'm really pleased with the results. Thank you,
