How do you charge for DTech Managed integrations
For DTech managed, we only charge for development services if the threshold of customization is to go above 100 hours. Typically it can be measured as two new features to be added to the integration or 2 weeks' worth effort for any change to be done within the integration.
How does your support work?
You will email us the issue, we will get back to you with request to further details or if possible with findings. We will schedule a 15 minutes call then and there to get it closed after your satisfaction. If it is unpaid support and anything requires logic update after closure will be a charged.
