One unit = one CSV file or a merge of 2-3 related CSVs. All packages include a free upgrade from the displayed item counts to these per-file limits: 20 MB, 100,000 rows, 200 columns.
Choose whitespace cleanup, deduplication, blank-required-field checks, approved placeholder removal, delimiter handling or strict/union-column merges. Formula-like cells are flagged; escaping is optional.

Can you merge files and preserve leading zeros?
Yes. I can merge matching columns or combine different columns with your approval. Identifiers such as 00124 stay as text. Duplicate removal uses exact matches or your specified key columns. Fuzzy matching and factual verification are not included.
Can you clean Excel files or change dates and addresses?
This package covers CSV files. Export an Excel sheet as UTF-8 CSV, or message me before ordering. Dates, phone numbers and addresses remain unchanged unless an exact supported transformation is agreed. I do not research or infer missing information.
What do I receive and how are files processed?
You receive cleaned CSV files, an HTML summary and a JSON audit, plus one in-scope revision. Processing runs locally without sending file contents to an AI service. Please avoid sensitive records. Fiverr retains attachments under its own policies.
Can you guarantee an upload into another platform?
I can fix agreed CSV issues and use the import error you provide, but cannot guarantee acceptance by another platform. Please share the destination, required columns and error messages before work begins.
