It is one of the six Vedangas or Limbs of Vedas which is used for accurate timing, predictions and analysis of the effects of grahas (planets) in ones life, used since the time Vedas were conceived.
I don't know my exact birth time, can my chart still be read?
I do not possess the skills to do a rectification of a chart yet, so I will not be able to do your reading.
What is a remedy?
Remedies are corrective actions which are done to aid the inauspicious effects of certain planetary positions or aspects to important parts of life. This can include rectifying a habit to worship, exactly as prescribed in Brhat Parashara Hora Shastra.
Do I need to be Hindu to get a reading?
No, I can interpret your chart just fine even if you are of a different faith. But if you are specifically seeking for remedies, I can only prescribe ones which are according to tradition.
What system do you follow?
I follow Parashari Jyotisha, using whole sign charts and calculate charts using Jagannatha Hora in Sri Surya SIddhanta Ayanamsa
