I will build a looker studio dashboard from your quickbooks data

About this gig
Static QuickBooks reports are fine for taxes but terrible for understanding your business at a glance.
I turn your QuickBooks Online exports into a live, visual Looker Studio dashboard showing your cash flow, expenses, and P&L no spreadsheets required.
What you get:
Cash flow and P&L in one clean view
Expense breakdown by category, trended over time
Custom KPIs (margin, burn rate, top expense drivers)
A dashboard your bookkeeper or client can read in 30 seconds
I built this exact setup for a UK-based client from live QuickBooks Online exports, so I know QBO's export quirks (VAT-inclusive UK vs. US sales-tax layouts, category naming differences) and how to normalize them into a clean Looker Studio dashboard.
Not a generic "connect your data" template every dashboard is built around your actual chart of accounts and what you want to track.
Ideal for: bookkeepers reporting to clients, small business owners who want a monthly snapshot without opening QuickBooks, and firms offering clients a polished report without building it in-house.

FAQ
Do you need access to my QuickBooks account?
No — for Basic and Standard, a data export (CSV/Excel) is enough. Premium's managed refresh can work either with recurring exports you send me, or a read-only connector if your plan allows it.
Do you support QuickBooks Online only, or Desktop too?
Primarily QuickBooks Online. If you're on Desktop, message me first with your export format — it may still work.
Is my financial data confidential?
Yes. Data is used only to build your dashboard and isn't shared, not stored beyond the engagement, or reused for other clients.
Can you customize the KPIs to what I actually care about?
Absolutely — that's the point of Standard/Premium. Tell me what you track (margin, specific expense categories, client-by-client revenue, etc.) and I'll build around it.
