As a CPA, my expertise is defined by a record of strategic financial leadership, where I have consistently influenced the bottom line—for instance, by implementing tax-saving strategies that reduced annual liabilities by 15% for mid-sized corporate clients and streamlining month-end closing processes from 10 days to four. I provide clients with essential peace of mind through rigorous compliance and risk mitigation, having successfully managed over 50 complex federal and state audits with zero material findings and designed robust internal control frameworks to ensure SOX compliance. Furthermore, my advisory role extends to specialized high-value acquisitions and modernizing financial reporting for non-profit entities, ensuring accurate valuations and increased stakeholder transparency.
