I will create an interactive excel dashboard for restaurant inventory
Excel Financial Models, Power BI Dashboards and Restaurant PL Trackers
About this Gig
Is your restaurant losing money through overportioning, waste, or missed reorders? I create interactive inventory spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets to track stock, spot shortages, monitor usage, and improve purchasing decisions.
What your system can include:
- Stock tracking for 50-500+ food, beverage, and bar items
- Par levels with automatic reorder alerts
- Weekly usage tracking from opening stock, purchases, and closing counts
- Interactive dashboard for inventory value, low-stock summaries, and usage trends
- Automatic inventory valuation using unit costs
- Color-coded input cells, protected formulas, and instructions
- Excel file compatible with Windows, Mac, and Google Sheets
The dashboard turns inventory data into clear visual insights, helping you reduce waste, avoid stockouts, control food costs, and plan purchases efficiently.
You enter your own counts and keep full ownership of the file. I do not need access to your POS or confidential records.
I have 7+ years of spreadsheet experience building restaurant inventory systems, food-cost trackers, and P&L templates.
Message me before ordering with your venue type and approximate number of items.

FAQ
Do you need access to my POS system or records?
No. This is a customized spreadsheet system, and you enter your own inventory counts and costs. I do not need access to your POS account, passwords, or confidential restaurant records.
How many items can the spreadsheet handle?
The spreadsheet can be designed for approximately 50 to 500+ inventory items, depending on your package and requirements. Please message me before ordering if you manage a larger inventory.
Does it work in Google Sheets and on Mac?
Yes. The file is provided in Excel format and can be used on Windows and Mac. It can also work in Google Sheets, although some advanced Excel features or formatting may vary slightly.
How is my inventory data protected within the spreadsheet?
Your spreadsheet is delivered as a private file that you fully own and control. Formula cells can be protected to prevent accidental changes, while input cells remain editable. You enter your own inventory counts, so I do not require access to your POS, passwords, or confidential business records.
