About this Gig
Building a battery-powered product but unsure how to turn your requirements into a reliable BMS schematic?
I design a professional Battery Management System (BMS) schematic tailored to your battery configuration, chemistry, and application.
Whether you're developing an e-bike, EV battery pack, power bank, solar storage system, robotics project, portable device, or custom battery pack, I help you create a clear and well-structured BMS circuit.
What I Do:
- Li-ion, LiPo and LiFePO4 BMS designs
- 2S24S and custom battery configurations
- Over-voltage & under-voltage protection
- Over-current & short-circuit protection
- Over-temperature protection
- Cell balancing
- Charging and discharge management
- Battery monitoring and protection circuitry
- Component selection
- Professional schematic documentation
- BOM and design files
You'll receive:
- Clean schematic files
- PDF documentation
- Selected components and other deliverables included in your chosen package.
Send me your requirements before ordering, and we can determine the best approach for your application.

FAQ
Do I really need a BMS for my battery pack?
If your battery chemistry and application require protection, a properly designed BMS can be critical for monitoring cells, managing charging/discharging, balancing cells, and protecting against unsafe operating conditions. The exact requirements depend on your battery configuration and application.
Can you design a BMS for any battery configuration?
I can work with common configurations such as 2S–24S and custom requirements. Before starting, I’ll review your cell chemistry, series/parallel configuration, voltage, current, and required protection features.
What happens if I choose the wrong BMS for my battery?
A BMS should be matched to the battery chemistry, cell count, operating voltage, current requirements, charging method, and application. Choosing the wrong architecture or ratings can lead to poor performance or inadequate protection.
Can you add cell balancing to my BMS?
Yes. I can incorporate an appropriate cell-balancing approach based on your battery configuration and requirements. The choice between passive and more advanced balancing depends on the application and design objectives.
I already have a BMS IC. Can you design the schematic around it?
Yes. If you already selected a BMS controller or protection IC, send me the part number and datasheet. I can use those specifications as the basis for the schematic.
Do you only draw the circuit, or do you also select components?
Depending on your package, I can help with component selection and create a BOM. Component choices should be based on the required voltage, current, temperature range, availability, and design requirements.
Can you modify an existing BMS design instead of creating one from scratch?
Yes. If you already have a schematic that needs improvements, corrections, component changes, or adaptation to another battery configuration, send it to me for review before ordering.
