I can work with PDFs or spreadsheets (Excel, CSV, Google Sheets). The rota should show worker names, shift start/end times, and dates or week numbers. I cannot work with images or photos - the data must be in a readable format. If you're unsure whether your format will work, send me a sample.
What if I have more than 100 workers on my rota?
This package covers up to 100 workers. If you have more than 100, please message me before ordering and I can provide a custom quote for your team size.
Will the calendars have worker names on them, or can they be anonymous?
You choose! I can create named calendars (each PDF labeled with the worker's name) OR anonymous calendars (labeled by line/row number) with a separate roster key file. Anonymous format is useful for wider distribution while maintaining privacy.
