The Audit tells you exactly what's wrong and why, without making changes. The Redesign overhauls your existing store's design and key pages. The Full Build creates a brand-new store (or a complete rebuild) from scratch, including product uploads and app setup

Do you build from scratch or use templates?
I customize a premium theme foundation to your brand rather than coding a theme from zero this keeps delivery times reasonable and costs controlled while still producing a genuinely custom-looking result, not a generic template with a logo swap.
How long does a full store build take?
The Premium package is delivered in 7 days for a standard-scope build. Larger catalogs or highly custom functionality may need a bit more time I'll flag this before starting if your project is likely to run longer.
Can you upload my products for me?
Yes the Full Build package includes uploading and formatting up to 20 products, with additional products available as a gig extra.
Do you provide the CRO audit even with the Redesign or Full Build packages?
Yes every package includes the core audit findings as the diagnostic foundation for the design decisions made afterward, so you understand the "why" behind the changes.
Will the redesign keep my existing branding, or will it look completely different?
Your branding (logo, colors, tone) is preserved and built upon this is a redesign of structure, layout, and conversion elements, not a brand overhaul, unless you specifically want branding changes included in the scope.
What if I don't have branding assets like a logo yet?
That's fine let me know during the requirements stage, and I can either work with placeholder branding for now or point you toward a logo/branding gig to pair with this one.
Do you also handle Shopify SEO?
Basic on-page structure is handled as part of good design practice, but a full SEO optimization pass (keyword-optimized titles, meta descriptions, schema) is available as a gig extra or through my dedicated SEO service.
