I will fix your cold email deliverability and spam issues
Level 2
About this gig
Are your cold emails landing in spam? Has your reply rate dropped for no clear reason? Deliverability problems are almost always technical and they are fixable once you know what actually broke.
I audit your full cold email setup and give you a clear recovery plan.
What I check:
- Domain and DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, tracking domain)
- Inbox health and warm-up configuration
- Sending volume, limits and mailbox rotation
- Blacklist and sender reputation checks
- List quality, bounce rates, and verification
- Campaign settings and sending patterns
What you get:
- A full audit of your domains, inboxes and authentication
- A written report of every issue found, ranked by severity
- A step-by-step recovery plan and safe restart schedule
- Clear guidance on what to change and how to verify it worked
Why me:
10+ years in cold email and deliverability. I work in Instantly, Smartlead, Zapmail, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 daily, so my recommendations reflect how these platforms behave now, not last year.
Message me before ordering with your platform, number of domains and inboxes and what changed and I will confirm the right package.

FAQ
1. Can you guarantee my emails will land in the inbox?
No one can honestly guarantee inbox placement, since providers like Google and Microsoft make that call. What I can do is find and fix the technical causes hurting you and show you how to verify placement actually improved.
2. How long does deliverability recovery take?
Usually 2 to 3 weeks. Sender reputation rebuilds gradually, so the fixes go in first, then reputation recovers as you resume sending at safe volumes. Anyone promising an instant fix is not being straight with you.
3. Do I need to pause my campaigns during the audit?
Usually yes, at least briefly. Continuing to send while deliverability is damaged makes reputation worse. I will tell you exactly when it is safe to resume and at what volume.
4. What access do you need?
For the audit, read access to your sending platform (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.) and your domain DNS settings. For the Premium package, I need edit access to DNS so I can correct the records myself.
5. Which platforms do you work with?
Instantly, Smartlead, Reachinbox, Lemlist, and Zapmail, plus Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes. If you use something else, message me first and I will confirm.
6. What if my domain is blacklisted?
I check the major blacklists as part of the audit. If you are listed, I identify why and walk you through the delisting process, though timelines depend on the blacklist operator.
7. My main domain is used for cold email. Is that a problem?
Yes, and it is worth fixing. Sending cold outreach from your primary domain risks your whole company's email reputation. I will recommend a safe separate sending setup so your main domain stays protected.
8. What do you need from me to get started?
Your platform, how many domains and inboxes you run, roughly when the problem started, and what changed around that time. That context speeds up diagnosis a lot.
