Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Business includes 7 days post-launch support; Product includes 14 days. Ongoing monthly maintenance — updates, fixes, new features — is available as an add-on. We don't disappear after delivery.
Can you rebuild or redesign my existing website?
Yes. We regularly rebuild slow, outdated, or hard-to-maintain sites on modern, scalable foundations. Send me a link to your current site and we'll assess what to keep, what to fix, and how to scope the work.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just message me with what you want to build — the goal and key features. Figma files or references help but aren't required. You don't need a perfect spec; helping you define that is part of what we do.
Will my website be mobile responsive and SEO ready?
Mobile responsiveness is standard on every project. Basic SEO (meta tags, clean URLs, fast load times) is included. Full SEO optimization — structured data, sitemap, speed tuning — is available as a paid add-on.
Are you a registered company?
Yes. We are Psycoders, a registered software company based in Egypt. If your project requires formal documentation or company papers for contracting purposes, we can provide them on request.
Can you build RTL (right-to-left) websites?
Yes. We have full RTL development experience. Layouts, typography, and UI components are all built to render correctly in right-to-left languages — no shortcuts or workarounds.
What languages can my website be built in?
We build websites in English and Arabic. Both are fully supported — including proper RTL layout for Arabic. Need another language added? Let us know and we'll advise on the best approach.
Do you support multilingual websites?
Yes. We build fully multilingual websites with language switching, separate content per locale, and correct RTL/LTR handling. This is particularly valuable for businesses serving both Arabic and English audiences.
