Included: trim surrounding spaces, remove exact duplicate rows, standardize declared dates and non-negative numbers, preserve text IDs, and flag missing values or conflicting IDs. No guesses or fuzzy matching.
You receive a cleaned CSV, an XLSX workbook, a review list and a row-count audit. Unresolved records are separated, not silently corrected. The gallery is a synthetic demonstration, not a client result.

FAQ
What files do you accept?
One UTF-8 CSV with one header row and one table. Up to 100 data records including blanks/duplicates, 10 columns and 2,000,000 bytes. XLSX, PDFs, scans, formulas and macros are outside this launch offer.
What formats can you clean?
Declared German decimals such as 1.234,56 and DD.MM.YYYY dates. Output uses decimal dots and ISO dates. Non-negative integers and amounts only; dates 1900–2099. Other formats need a separate capability check before an offer.
What happens to missing or conflicting values?
They go into a review file with a reason and source record number. If the same key has conflicting rows, all conflicting rows are withheld. I do not invent missing data or choose a winner without your instructions.
Will product IDs keep their leading zeros?
IDs remain text in the XLSX and strings in the CSV. Import CSV identifier columns as Text; spreadsheet auto-detection can otherwise strip zeros. No direct ERP or store import is included.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated request on the same source file and agreed rules. Corrections needed to meet the agreed scope are included. New data, changed business rules or extra features require a separate agreement.
Do you use AI?
AI may assist code, documentation and written communication. I check outputs against agreed rules. Tell me your restrictions before ordering; an AI-free workflow needs a capability check. No new provider or subcontractor receives files without your permission.
Can I send confidential or personal information?
Not under this launch scope. Use non-sensitive product or inventory data that you are authorized to share. Do not send customer contact lists, payment information, credentials, health data or NDA-protected material.
Are the examples real client projects?
No. They are original synthetic demonstrations of the process. They do not represent customer results, endorsements or paid orders.
How do communication and handover work?
Written communication through Fiverr; English copy may be AI-assisted and German is available. No live-call language promise. Final files are delivered through the real Fiverr order after QA. No installation or continuing maintenance is included.
