Do I need to have Python installed on my computer to use this?
No! If you choose my Premium package, I will convert the script into a standalone desktop application (.exe). You can run it with a single click just like any regular software. For other packages, I provide simple instructions to run the script.
Can the script send a different attachment to each person?
Yes, absolutely. As long as you include the file paths (the location of the files on your computer) in a column inside your Excel sheet, the script will automatically attach the correct file (like invoices or certificates) to the matching recipient.
What are the system requirements to run this tool?
This automation script requires a Windows operating system and the official Microsoft Outlook desktop application installed and logged into your email account.
Is my email login information secure?
Completely secure. The Python script runs locally on your own computer and integrates directly with your existing desktop Outlook application client. I never see, store, or have access to your email passwords or client data.
What happens if I change my Excel sheet format later?
The script is custom-built to match the exact column names and layout you provide before ordering. If you add, delete, or rename columns later, the script will error out. Please ensure your Excel layout is finalized before we begin coding.
Can I run this script on a Mac or using Outlook Web?
No. This specific automation uses Python libraries that interface directly with the local Microsoft Outlook desktop application on Windows. It will not work on macOS, Chrome OS, or if you use Outlook strictly inside a web browser.
What does the "30 days of bug support" in Premium cover?
It covers any unexpected script crashes, error loops, or hidden bugs based on our original agreed-upon requirements. It does not cover adding new features, connecting to a different spreadsheet layout, or re-coding the script if your business workflow changes.
What are your response hours?
I review messages and code outside of standard office hours. While you can message me anytime, my primary working and response windows are in the evenings and weekends. If you message me during the day, I will get back to you as soon as I am away from my development desk!
Can you make the script send the next email automatically without showing a draft for review unlike in the demonstration video?
Yes. I can make it so the script sends the next email every 20 seconds. No human interaction needed. If you want it to stop in the middle of the process, simply close the window. (The 20 sec is there to prevent the email from being flagged as spam. Can change to shorter if you want to risk it.
