About me
I build private document chatbots (RAG) that run 100% on your own hardware — no cloud, no API keys, your data never leaves your machine. My own system indexes 27 technical books (11,000 pages, 32,000 chunks) locally with Ollama + Qdrant: hybrid search, cross-encoder reranking, corrupted-PDF repair, frozen gold-set test harness. Measured on the whole corpus, no filters: Recall@8 98.1%, MRR 0.93 on 275 questions incl. unanswerable and false-premise probes — it says "not in the documents" instead of inventing one.
