Is your n8n workflow failing, producing incorrect data or stopping at an API node? I troubleshoot existing automations and explain the cause.
Common issues I fix:

How it works:
- Send your n8n JSON export (without credentials), the error and the expected result.
- I diagnose and fix the agreed issues.
- You receive an updated workflow export and a short explanation. Testing requires sample data or suitable access.
Basic: one defined issue in up to 10 steps.
Standard: up to two related issues in up to 20 steps, with basic error handling.
Premium: targeted review, up to three agreed fixes and reliability improvements in up to 30 steps.
New workflows, server administration, ongoing monitoring and third-party API outages are not included.

FAQ
What counts as one issue?
One clearly defined malfunction, such as a failing API node, broken expression or incorrect data mapping. Independent problems count as separate issues. Contact me before ordering if you're unsure.
What do I need to send you?
Please send your n8n JSON export without credentials, the exact error or incorrect result, and what you expect to happen. An anonymized execution log or sample input is also helpful.
Can you fix AI nodes, APIs and webhooks?
Yes. I troubleshoot existing AI nodes, HTTP requests, webhook configurations, expressions and authentication settings. However, third-party outages and API rate limits cannot always be resolved within n8n.
What if you can't fix it?
If the problem can't be solved within n8n (e.g. a limitation of an external API), I'll explain why and suggest an alternative. If there's no workable solution, you can cancel the order.
Do you need access to my n8n or my accounts?
Not always. Many issues can be diagnosed using the workflow export and execution logs. If live testing is required, we can arrange restricted access or a test environment securely.
What if the problem cannot be reproduced?
I will explain what information or access is missing and discuss the next steps with you. Live verification may require sanitized test data, execution logs or temporary restricted access.
What is included in the Premium package?
A targeted review of one workflow with up to 30 steps, up to three agreed fixes and reasonable reliability improvements. Full rebuilds, server administration and ongoing monitoring require a custom offer.
Do you work with n8n Cloud and self-hosted n8n?
Yes, both. For self-hosted instances I can also help with Docker, environment or webhook URL problems.
Do you speak German?
