What counts as one "item"?
1 item = 1 row in your file. Each package shows the maximum rows included. Need more? Use the extras or message me before ordering.
Which file formats do you accept?
CSV and Excel (.xlsx). I deliver the clean file in the same format you send.
Do you delete my duplicates and bad rows?
Exact duplicates are removed. In Standard and Premium I also review likely near-duplicates. Invalid emails and rows with missing fields are flagged, not deleted, so you decide what to do with them.
Is my data safe?
Your file stays on my computer only. I do not share it and I delete it after delivery. Please do not send passwords or highly sensitive personal data.
What do I need to send to start?
Your file and a short note on what "clean" means for you (for example: one format for phone numbers, or which columns define a duplicate). A small sample is enough if you are unsure.
