Hi I am Facundo and I am a Personal Trainer and Muay Thai instructor.

Whether you want to learn some fighting skills, get in shape in a fun way, or complement your current training, you just came across with the perfect gig!

In this LIVE training sessions you will learn every technique in Muay Thai and Kick Boxing, including punching, kicking techniques, as well as elbow and knee strikes.

I will guide you through strength exercises, striking combinations, cardio kickboxing, HIIT and more.

If you own some equipment, great, if you don´t, no worries. Bodyweight training can be fun and challenging.

I uploaded a video of a Cross Combat routine I created while working at a gym, just to illustrate some of the training that you will be doing. The images are from my exam to become an instructor.
