FAQ
Could I use the video for commercial purpose?
Yes, the 3 packages include commercial rights. So you can use it for any legal purpose and with no time limit.
What do you mean by revisions?
A revision covers only minor changes (font, colors, timing, music, SFX) or easy ideas to implement. In no case does it mean having a fully/partly different design concept from the one agreed to/described at the beginning of the order. Please don't hesitate to contact me before placing any order.
Can I have a longer length time for my video than the one specified in the package?
Yes, I can. I have some flexibility depending on the complexity of your project. Please kindly contact me before placing any order, so that we can discuss it.
Can you provide the video with a transparent background?
Yes, I can provide it and deliver the video in QuickTime Apple ProRes 4444. Please contact me before placing any order.
How long do you take to deliver the first version of the video?
Depending on my current availability, the complexity of your project, and my workload, you can typically expect to receive the first version of the video within 2-4 days. Please contact me beforehand if you have a specific deadline.
Do you provide Voice Over Services?
No, sorry I don't provide Voice Over Services.
Do you provide Logo Design Services?
No, sorry I don't provide Logo Design Services.
