What exactly is included, and what is not?
Included: the live call, the agents built and tested on your account, and their prompts in a Doc. Not included: Workspace admin settings, licences, access to your account by me, and third-party tools such as Jira or Salesforce.
Do I need a specific Google plan?
Yes. Workspace Studio is part of Google Workspace plans with Gemini. It is not available on free Gmail accounts. Before ordering, open Gmail and look for Studio in the Gemini menu, or message me and we will check together.
What if an agent stops working later?
It happens: an email format changes, a rule is too strict. Standard and Premium include chat support to fix it. I also show you where to see why an agent failed, so you can often fix it yourself in a minute.
Can my agents send emails on their own?
They can, but I recommend they draft or notify you instead, at least at first. You stay in control of what leaves your mailbox, and a test run never sends anything to your clients by mistake.
