Will you need access to my WordPress site?
Yes — admin access (or a temporary admin account I can use). For sensitive or live e-commerce sites, I prefer to work on a staging copy first.
What if you can't fix my issue?
Full refund. Before refusing I try multiple approaches and check with you on alternatives. In 5+ years I've rarely had to refuse — most WP issues are solvable once you know where to look.
Do you support Elementor, Divi, and other page builders?
Yes — Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Beaver Builder, Gutenberg, Bricks. Mention which one you use when you message me so I can quote accurately.
Can you build a custom plugin from scratch?
For small single-feature plugins, yes — order Premium and message me to confirm scope. For larger custom plugins, message me first for a custom quote.
