Do you create a backup before making changes?
Yes, when appropriate and when access allows it, I use or recommend a backup before making significant changes.
Do you fix hacked websites or remove malware?
No. Malware removal, hacked website recovery and advanced security work are not included in this Gig.
What if my issue is more complex than the package I ordered?
I will review the issue first and let you know if it requires a different package or a custom offer before proceeding with work outside the agreed scope.
