WhatsApp Cloud API Support Bot
Fiverr • Freelance
May 2022 - Present • 4 yrs 6 mos
I support the digital marketing team with Meta Business Suite work for agency clients. I add pages and ad accounts to Business Manager, prepare documents for business verification, and install and test the Meta pixel on client websites. I also help set up and manage WhatsApp Business messaging for client campaigns, and I keep the team updated with clear written notes on each account.
WhatsApp Cloud API Support Bot
Self Employed • Self-employed
Dec 2021 - Apr 2022 • 4 mos
I built a working WhatsApp support bot from scratch to learn every step of a real setup. I created a Meta developer app, generated access tokens, and connected a WhatsApp Cloud API test number. I linked the webhook to an n8n workflow that receives messages and sends automatic replies, then created and submitted message templates for approval. To prepare for real client problems, I triggered common failures on purpose, including expired tokens, rejected templates, and webhook errors, and documented how to fix each one.

I help small businesses solve problems with Meta Business Manager and the WhatsApp Business API. Most of my work is fixing rejected business verifications. I compare each client's legal documents with their Business Manager details, correct the mismatch, and resubmit. I also connect phone numbers to the WhatsApp Cloud API, get display names approved, and repair broken webhooks in tools like n8n and Make. Every job is done remotely through partner access, so clients never share their passwords, and each one ends with a written report of what I changed.
