The bold fitness identity

Design a logo for [Sterling House

], a [fitness/sports/performance] business helping [audience] reach [specific goal]. Build a compact symbol from two forward-leaning bars and one deliberate gap, suggesting controlled momentum. Pair it with a bold, slightly condensed wordmark. Use [charcoal] and [electric orange]. Make it work on clothing, profile pictures, and signage. Show the horizontal logo and a solid-black version. Avoid dumbbells, flexing figures, lightning bolts, aggressive mascots, and gradients.
