FAQ
How does the testing process work?
Once you place an order, our team of 12 or 20 real testers will download and test your app on a variety of Android devices (from Android 7 to 15). We will follow Google Play's requirements and provide detailed feedback to help improve your app's chances of approval.
How long does the testing take?
The entire testing process is completed within exactly 14 days, as per Google Play's requirements.
Will you help me with the Application Questionnaire?
Yes! We will assist you in filling out the Application Questionnaire to ensure your app meets all necessary compliance requirements.
Do you guarantee that my app will be approved on the Play Store?
While we cannot guarantee approval (as Google's decision depends on multiple factors), our thorough testing process and expert guidance significantly increase your chances of getting approved on the first attempt.
