How do you connect to my computer?
I use AnyDesk or RustDesk for secure remote sessions. You stay in control the whole time and can end the session whenever you want
Is my data safe during the session?
Yes. I only access what's needed to complete the installation or fix, and I don't view, copy, or store any personal files.
Do I need admin access on my computer?
Yes, admin rights are usually required to install or modify software. Please make sure you have them before we start
