What experience do you have with Laravel?

Both. I regularly build APIs on top of existing Laravel, OpenCart, or WooCommerce systems, and I can also build a fresh backend from scratch if you're starting a new project.

Yes, this is one of my most common requests. Connecting platforms like WooCommerce, OpenCart, Shopify or a CRM via custom API or webhook logic so data syncs automatically between them.
What does "business automation" actually include?
Things like automatic order processing, inventory sync across multiple sales channels, low-stock alerts, automated customer notifications (email/SMS), and triggers between disconnected systems, replacing manual, repetitive tasks with automatic workflows.
Can you replicate what I'm currently doing manually in Zapier or n8n?
In many cases, yes, I can build the same logic natively in Laravel, which often ends up faster and avoids ongoing third-party automation tool fees.
Which package should I choose?
If you need one or two API endpoints, start with Basic. If you need an admin panel plus an integration (payment, shipping, CRM), choose Standard. If you need a full backend with multiple integrations and an automated workflow, Premium is the right fit. Message me first if you're unsure.
Do I need to provide API credentials/access for integrations?
Yes, you'll need to provide API keys or access credentials for any third-party service (Stripe, Twilio, etc.). I'll tell you exactly what's needed once we scope the project.
