Yes, where your host allows it, I take a backup before I change anything.
Can you guarantee a PageSpeed score?
No. Scores depend on your hosting, theme, content and third party scripts. I report your results before and after my changes so you can see what improved.
Do you fix hacked sites?
Please message me first. Malware cleanup of heavily hacked sites is not part of these packages, and I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
Is this a monthly plan?
No. Each order is a one time service, not a subscription.
Do you work on non WordPress sites?
No. This gig covers WordPress sites, including WooCommerce stores, only.
