What information do you need before starting?
Please send a clear description of the problem, the affected page, screenshots or error messages, and details of any recent website changes. Website access may be requested after I review the issue.
Can you fix any PHP or MySQL website problem?
Most PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript issues can be diagnosed and fixed. Please message me before ordering so I can review the problem and confirm the correct package.
Do you work on WordPress or Shopify websites?
This Gig primarily covers custom PHP and MySQL websites. Please contact me before ordering for WordPress, Shopify or other platforms so I can confirm whether the issue is within our scope.
Will you back up my website before making changes?
Yes, a backup is strongly recommended before any changes. Please provide an existing backup or suitable access so the relevant files and database can be backed up when required.
Does this Gig include new features or a complete redesign?
No. These packages cover troubleshooting and bug fixing. New features, major redesigns, full website development and paid third-party services require a separate quotation.
How do I choose the correct package?
Choose Basic for one minor bug, Standard for up to three related bugs, and Premium for up to five complex issues. Message me first if you are unsure.
Will my website remain online during the work?
In most cases, yes. If temporary downtime or maintenance mode is required, I will explain it before making changes and keep the interruption as short as possible.
What website access might you require?
Depending on the issue, I may require temporary hosting, file-manager, FTP, database or admin-panel access. Only provide access through Fiverr after the project scope is confirmed.
Will you test the website after fixing it?
Yes. I will test the repaired functionality and relevant pages after completing the fix. Broader testing of unrelated website features is not included unless agreed beforehand.
What happens if the issue requires more work than expected?
I will explain what was discovered before performing work outside the agreed scope. You can then approve an appropriate package, extra service or custom offer through Fiverr.
