Yes. All drawings are produced to current UK Building Regulations (2023) and Approved Documents standards. I have a 98% first-time approval rate built over 5 years.
Q3 — Do I need planning permission or is it Permitted Development?
This depends on your property type, location, and the size of your project. Many loft conversions, single-storey rear extensions, and garage conversions fall within Permitted Development rights and do not require a planning application.
Q4 — What file formats will I receive?
You will receive your drawings as high-resolution PDF files, suitable for direct submission to Building Control or the Planning Authority. Structural calculations are delivered as a professionally formatted, you retain full ownership
