Poor. I made several points for discussion/revision and they just stopped replying to me. The research was very generic, the product they wanted me to sell vs the product the supplier sold was completely different. Keep the $20 and enjoy.

I have a 7-10k budget, the service is described but I would not go with the products recommended. If I was launching a product with maybe 3-5k budget, I would go with disposable $0.01 - 0.03 cost product.
