I keep old Rails apps alive and get them back to supported versions without breaking production. Senior full-stack engineer (Ruby on Rails, React, Go) who maintains and modernizes mission-critical systems for the oil and gas industry, where downtime is not an option. I take fixed-scope work: Rails upgrade audits, upgrade plans with a dual-boot setup, and one-version upgrades on a branch with a green test suite. Read-only repo access is enough; I never need production access. Based in Argentina (UTC-3), overlapping US business hours.
