About this Gig
Need custom domains for your VPS apps, or help with 502/504 errors, SSL or proxy configuration?
I will configure Nginx reverse proxy routing and HTTPS for your applications on one VPS.
Depending on your package, I can set up:
- Custom domains and subdomains
- Let's Encrypt SSL, renewal and HTTPS redirects
- WebSockets, HTTP/2 and compression where supported
- Application-compatible security headers
- Static caching; rate limiting and proxy caching in Premium
- Cloudflare DNS configuration in Premium
Supports Node.js, Next.js, Python, Django, Flask, Laravel/PHP and other HTTP applications.
You receive the configuration files, a backup of existing Nginx settings where applicable, and a
setup guide. Apps must already run on their specified ports. Hosting, domains and paid services
are not included.
Please message me on Fiverr before ordering for a complex or live production server. Scope and
payments stay on Fiverr.
I only work on servers, domains and applications you own or are authorized to manage.
Please check FAQ for more details.
Thank You
FAQ
01. Can you configure Apache instead?
This listing covers Nginx. Message me on Fiverr for an Apache custom offer.
02. Does my domain registrar matter?
Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy and other registrars can be used. DNS pointing instructions are included; direct Cloudflare changes are in Premium.
03. Can you configure wildcard SSL?
Yes, within an agreed Premium scope using DNS validation, when the DNS provider and authorized access support it.
04. Do you support WebSockets?
Yes, in Standard and Premium, for compatible applications such as Socket.io.
05. Can this improve performance?
Caching, compression and rate limiting may help. Capacity depends on your VPS, app, database and traffic; no traffic or uptime guarantee is included.
06. Can you configure HTTP/3?
Message me first. Availability depends on your Nginx build and server environment; it is not included by default
07. Can you fix broken Nginx settings?
Yes, within the package scope. I back up existing Nginx configuration where applicable before making changes.
08. Do you need root access?
A temporary sudo-enabled SSH account is preferred when sufficient. Root access is requested only if necessary for the agreed work.
09. Are hosting and domain fees included?
No. You provide the VPS, domain and any paid services. Application development and code repairs require a separate quote.
10. What do revisions and support cover?
Corrections to the agreed configuration. Standard and Premium include 7 days of setup support after delivery; new apps or features are extra.
