Designed and implemented an ESP32-based embedded system for a Rigid Cage Stranding Machine. Monitored multiple wires using Optical sensors, displayed status and speed on LCD, triggered audio/visual alarms, and automatically stopped the machine if any wire broke. Implemented using RTOS and ISR for reliable industrial performance. Focused on debugging, optimization, and practical sensor integration
