I also manage Amazon FBA operations, including product listing optimization, inventory coordination, and monitoring order fulfillment to maintain efficiency and performance on Amazon. In addition, I create engaging promotional content such as slideshows, banners, and seasonal campaigns (Christmas, New Year). I work on SEO optimization, Google Merchant Center fixes, and support email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Yotpo, Mailchimp, and Sendgrid. Overall, I focus on improving store performance, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing customer satisfaction across multiple sales channels.
