I study, analyze & imaginatively visualize space before designing it on paper. Draw surroundings in an effort to rebuild the structure, surpassing the visible skin of the project.

I provided all the architectural expertise (Plans, 3D, Working drawings, Project Management) to the project, & were responsible for key decisions as one of the stakeholders in this project. The right choices & team efforts led this project as one of the pioneer projects in the area to achieve the highest demand & are constantly expanding. My key objective in this project from day one was to think out of the box & create close to Utopian concept-based community where one can see what one can imagine, peace & comfort with all the resources in a single project. This project leads to acquiring further projects in other cities & constantly expanding. It won't be unfair to say this as dream come true for a professional.

It was a commercial bank project & the bank had to be built from scratch into a fully furnished space in the minimum time. My efficient work & time management with the whole team impressed the client so much have led me to acquire further projects in the city & key decision maker, along with HR team in hiring architects for other sites.

I had the experience of handling commercial projects efficiently in young age so the CEO hired me first as a junior designer intern & then as a team leader in projects. The goal was to achieve maximum efficiency in commercial projects & create space that is eco-friendly & psychologically relaxing. Most of the work was based on renovating hospitals & medical colleges. The client was an NGO & the work was based on grants & donations. Our company effort was far beyond that led to handling all the other residential & commercial projects of the client.
