A: Yes. You must have: Apple Developer Program ($99/year) – for iOS Google Play Developer ($25 one-time) – for Android If you don't have these yet, message me – I can guide you through the registration process.
Q: What files do you need from me?
A: Please provide: iOS: .ipa file Android: .aab or .apk file App icon (1024x1024 px for iOS, 512x512 px for Android) At least 3 screenshots per device type App title, subtitle, and description Don't have all of these? No problem – check my gig extras for design and copywriting services.
Q: Do I need to give you my login credentials?
A: Yes, I need temporary access to your App Store Connect and Google Play Console accounts to upload and configure everything. I use secure methods and never store your passwords. For your peace of mind, you can change your password immediately after the gig is complete.
Q: Do you fix bugs or write code?
A: No. I handle upload, configuration, and publishing only. I do not modify source code. If your app has crashes or technical issues, Apple/Google will reject it. I can help identify potential rejection risks, but the code must be stable before submission.
Q: What happens if my app gets rejected
A: If rejection happens due to my error (e.g., wrong metadata, incorrect screenshots, missing privacy policy), I will fix and resubmit for free. If rejection happens due to your code (e.g., crashes, bugs, policy violations in the app itself), I will help you understand the issue and fix it.
Q: What happens after you submit my app?
I monitor the review process and keep you updated. Once approved, I notify you immediately. If any issues arise, I guide you through the resolution.
